Bdt10k Terms & Conditions — Know the Rules, Play Safe

1 General Introduction

Bdt10k (referred to herein as "we", "the Platform", or "the Site") is an online gaming and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the bdt10k website, mobile app, and all associated services.

Before processing a withdrawal, bdt10k may require account verification. This is done for your protection — to ensure your funds reach the right person. Verification is usually completed within 24–48 hours.

3 Age & Eligibility Requirements

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use bdt10k's services. Keeping minors away from gaming platforms is a core part of bdt10k's policy.

• A national ID card or birth registration certificate may be requested to verify your age at the time of registration.

Bdt10k never deducts funds directly from your personal bank account or mobile wallet. Your account balance is only topped up through deposit transfers that you initiate yourself.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Bdt10k regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which you should read before claiming. All bonuses must be used in accordance with bdt10k's Terms and Conditions.

• Welcome Bonus: New members will receive a special bonus on their first deposit. To cash out the bonus, the specified wagering requirements must be met.

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities constitutes a direct violation of bdt10k's Terms and Conditions and may result in account closure:

• Attempting to hack the platform's software, exploit bugs, or manipulate the system through any technical means.
• Harassing, threatening, or defrauding other players.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any form of illegal financial activity.
• Using automated bots or software to place bets.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Bdt10k may suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without cause. In most cases, notice will be sent via email or SMS before an account is closed.

• Any valid balance may be withdrawn before an account is closed.
• If your account is suspended due to a rule violation, your balance may not be refunded.
